Can I join with zero yoga experience?

Absolutely. Our beginner batches start from scratch — simple postures, clear instructions, and patient corrections. Most students have never tried yoga before joining us.

Do you offer online classes?

Yes. All group batches and personal sessions are available online via Zoom. You get the same quality of instruction and feedback as in the studio.

Can yoga help with back pain or stress?

Many students join specifically for back pain, neck stiffness, stress, and sleep support — and most report significant improvement within 30 days. For serious medical conditions, we recommend your doctor's clearance first.

What should I bring for offline classes?

Just yourself and comfortable clothing. We provide yoga mats, props, and all equipment. A water bottle is recommended.

How long before I see results?

Most students feel the difference in energy and stress levels within the first week. Physical changes like flexibility, strength, and reduced pain usually appear within 3–4 weeks of consistent practice.

Can seniors join the classes?
